Prancing Horse Estates~Private and Gated 10 acre retreat with pool, spa, & creekWelcome to Prancing Horse Estates! This happy sunny guest home is located on 10 private, gated acres close to The Woodlands, Lake Conroe and Houston. You’ll love it if you like elegant open indoor style combined with beautiful outdoor space. Acreage-4 meadow and 6 wooded with 2 paths to the creek – with lovely space outdoors incl BBQ, pool, waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, seating/dining for 20. Note up to 6 guests are included in the room rate, additonal day visitors or overnight guests are $35 per person per night (up to 16 max). The home is 1 story, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, dining area, and family room. There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. 2 PAC n play and 1 toddler bed available, as well as air mattresses upon request.We can assist with car rental, restaurant reservations, almost any request. We live in the main villa on the acreage.Check in is after 4 pm, check out is at 11 am. A valid photo ID is required via text PRIOR to arrival. All guests must be registered and paid for two days in advance, including any visitors. We provide a 10% active military and police / fireman discount (ID req). We also provide a 20% repeat 5 star guest discount~we love our repeat guests!We look forward to your visit!Note: We offer the land only for small (under 50) family type events (weddings, reunions etc) for a set fee, contact Kelly for details/pricing. Must book via VRBO.
