There are two spacious porches; the front porch is open and airy so you can enjoy the morning sun and the covered back balcony is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of the wooded marsh area. When entering into the front door you’ll see the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural lighting. The fully appointed kitchen includes a desk to create an open and inviting kitchen with granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The living room is comfortable and spacious with a large smart TV, upgraded cable TV including the Sports package, Golf Channel and high speed WIFI. The master bedroom suite includes a spacious bathroom with large shower and garden tub. The 2 spacious additional bedrooms have a joining bathroom. The home boasts a outdoor shower for when you come back from a day at the beach. YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS OUT ON THIS HOME. It’s a golf cart ride or short .4 mile walk straight to the beach. It’s also close to the Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show (a Dolly Parton Theatre), Legends in Concert, Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, Duplin Winery, Broadway at the Beach, The Alabama Theatre, Ocean Annie’s Sand Beach Club, several premier golf courses, lots of various restaurants and fun nightlife options.3 night minimum.The house is non-smoking and no pets are allowed on the premise.
