Welcome to Lake Havasu’s most desirable condo complex on the water, King’s View. This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that sits on the upper level in the channel with views to die for! The patio boasts amazing views of the famous London Bridge, channel and the lake! It has a lovely kitchen and living space for all. This property sleeps 6 comfortably. There is boat parking on-site (on a first come basis), community pool and beach just steps away. Pull up your boat on the beach and enjoy the lake life (no overnight mooring allowed). There is an amazing walk way that takes you around through the channel to Rotary Park for kid activities like a skate park and playground. There is an additional beach to relax on at Rotary Park as well. Just outside on the walk way you have access to water activity rental companies and a ferry that takes you over to Havasu Landing Resort and Casino! Take a Rubber Duck Tour or Light House tour on the water. If you are up for a longer walk, just go across to the island side and you can have a great 5 mile walk around the island!There are many restaurants within walking distance from the condo like: IHOP, Cha Bones, In-n-Out, Martini Bay, Burgers By The Bridge, The Chair, Shugrues, Barley Bros, Javelina Cantina, Red Baron, Mario’s Italian, Sam’s. For night life and live music within walking distance you can find Jeremy’s Juke Joint and Martini Bay as well.
