Go up the stairs to the second queen bedroom which has a private, full bathroom. The king master bedroom is also found upstairs, also with a full, private bathroom. This town home is perfect for families or several couples getting together.Take in the lovely view, overlooking the marsh and river from the back patio. Don’t feel like cooking? Center Street, the Folly Beach downtown area, boasts lots of local restaurants, or travel just a short 20-minute drive to downtown Charleston for a large array of eateries, historical tours, shopping, and much more!Amenities include a full washer and dryer conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the home for your use, central heat and air, modern appliances, access to the community pool, and a starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen that guests replenish as they need.
