It is about 20 minutes from downtown Austin. Property is very private with tremendous views up and down the Lake. Property is located by a very large park that has multiple trails for hiking. Great fishing off the dock also.Memorial, 4rth and Labor day weekends require a minimum of 3 nights. Average age of group must 25 and over. No more than 6 vehicles parked at or near property at any time. No more than 5 extra daytime guests. OL 039169. Boat slip is leased out, boat tenant is instructed only to onboard and offboard boat at dock. Guests have full use of the dock other than use of slip. Jet ski lifts are available, but must be confirmed at date of booking.Options:Heated Swimming Pool is $75 for each night booked (need notice). It literally takes about 4 days to heat pool at a $200 cost of electricity.10 Paddle Boards and 4 Kayaks are in shed at the property. To obtain access code to shed it is $30 times the total number of guests booked (5 guests $150) in the reservation with a $200 damage/return fee deposit.
