To top it off, breathtaking mountain vistas enhance the charm of this remarkable property.** The pool will be heated to 88 degrees upon request with an additional service fee of $100 per night. Please let us know if you’d like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost ***** Early Check-in or late Check-out may be available for an extra fee. Please request ahead of time. Early check-in doesn’t guarantee pool to be heated by early check-in time. ***KITCHEN & DINING:The gourmet kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, including a French-door refrigerator and a gas stove. The kitchen island accommodates four guests, while the dining table comfortably seats six. Our chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with nearly everything you could possibly need during your stay. From essential dining and cooking items like plates, bowls, silverware, and glassware to cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can openers, wine openers, measuring spoons, and more, we’ve got you covered.OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES:The highlight of this stunning compound is the luxury backyard paradise, bordered by large privacy hedges and landscape lighting. Take a dip in the pool and spa, or soak up the sun on six loungers. Please contact us for additional information.DO YOU ALLOW PETS?Our home is pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $175. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?All our Vacation Home has a keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a “code” for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home. You will only meet our Property Manager for the Meet & Greet.DOES YOUR PROPERTY HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS?Yes for the safety of guest and while house is not occupied we have Security Cameras. We have Ring Doorbell, Ring flood Camera on exterior garage door, Ring flood Camera on side of house facing gates, Ring Sec. Camera located inside garage on top by motor facing garage door for security reason when house isn’t occupied, Ring flood Sec. Cam on front/side of house side gate.DO WE NEED TO MEET MANAGMENT AT THE HOUSE?Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?Our home features private salt water pools and spas! If you would like the pool to be heated, you may request a temperature of up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100 per night. *** Pool heat must be requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival time.*** The pool will not be heated during the summer months. There is no fee to heat the spa, recommend temperature is between 100-102.WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, some spices, appliances and much more. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart tv’s and high-speed WiFi.SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?We are in the desert, we do get our house sprayed monthly, but there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.No refunds will be given for anything if something is mentioned after guest checks out.City of Palm Springs House ID # 3574There are important city Ordinances that must be followed regarding noise, parking, occupancy. In order to avoid any disruption during your stay please make sure you follow the guidelines listed.- It is important to understand that many of our neighbors strictly abide by the city rules regarding noise and music coming from any vacation rental property. There can be NO MUSIC OR EXCESSIVE NOISE heard from the exterior of the home, regardless of the time of day. If music or excessive noise can be heard from outside the home, vacation renters may incur a fine of up to $1000 or greater, and you will be evicted from the home by WanderLuxe Vacation Rentals INC Management without refund. These rules apply to accessive yelling and screaming as well, so please be mindful of outdoor play (especially in the pool) that might disturb others.
