The kids and family will enjoy the awesome foosball coffee table, 50 inch TV, with many other board games. Now being offered in this area is a shuttle bus to and from many locations including BONH pavilion (Concerts) for a fee. The host provides plenty of water, coffee, snacks and a few other necessities for guest convenience!This Condo is in a prime location, with the popular Weirs beach only 3 miles away and BONH Pavillon only 4 miles away, along with Gunstock Mtn 7 miles away. Grocery store is in walking distance along with the Margate beach area There is a new updated in ground pool and patio area w grills. There’s an excellent Italian and Breakfast restaurant on the first floor, vending machines, laundry matt onsite, and there’s plenty of covered parking. There’s parking for trailers, bikes and boats etc behind the building as well. Fireworks take place on some weekends that you can enjoy from your private balcony! This Condo also has Air Purification units in the bedroom and living area so safety is covered! The condo is located on the second floor with keyless entry and self check in.
