Great location! 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, newly updated kitchen and bathroom, large back yard with firepit, and Weber gas grill. Plenty of room for parking. This beach cottage is on the same street as the boardwalk, musical fountain and beach! Just a few blocks from downtown shopping and restaurants, Wednesday and Saturday Farmers Market. 1 mile to the state beach. We provide all linens, including beach towels and chairs, central air, dishes, dishwasher, traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig, washer and dryer, WiFi, provided. Plenty of parking. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Close to the public boat launch, nearby golf, and only 22 miles from Michigan’s Adventure. You won’t be disappointed with this location! Sleeps 6! Note: the upstairs bedrooms are very small with lower ceilings than the main floor bedrooms.
