Walk or jog to the newly renovated light house. We are accepting 7 day or longer only.Don’t delay as this property fills fast many of our return renters book a year in advance. We are accepting one week only Saturday to Saturday for Peak summer. We are no longer accepting less than 7 days. This custom cedar log home has all the amenities you would expect to find in your home away from home. Situated in a prime downtown Grand Haven location across from Harbor Dr. and the Boardwalk Channel. Expectations will be exceeded in the luxurious ambiance of this wonderful home. Featuring 3 Bedrooms (Queen and Futon, Queen and Queen plus futon, and Queen and Queen plus Sectional sofa) and 3 Full Tiled Baths. The builder wanted to give each of the 3 levels their own private retreat. The cathedral ceilings, wood beams, field stone fireplace, and fully appointed kitchen – 2580 square feet in which guests can relax, enjoy special time together, and build lifetime memories. The casual living space continues outdoors with four (4) decks and a Hot Tub. You will enjoy watching the boats on the channel from the sunny and spacious front deck. Cool off in the shady fenced in back yard with a private hot tub. Walk out onto the million dollar view, it’s breath taking. Easily Walk to Downtown Shopping District, restaurants, Farmers market, or along the Boardwalk to the Lake Michigan Lighthouse and Beaches. Weekly only Saturday-Saturday rentals for peak summer. We can’t accept fewer than 7 days for peak summer. Parking is secured in the 2 stall attached garage with 2 additional parking spaces on the driveway. Park your car for the week and walk to Restaurants, shopping or Grand Haven State Park. Highly desirable area in the best 2 blocks of Grand Haven. No More than 10. We do not advertise on Craig’s list. Absolutely no pets or parties.
