The white interior walls, tiles as well as mostly white furnishings make this house amazingly classy.All floors are tiled, suitable for allergic people. When entering through the large 10 foot entry door one`s breath is taken away by the view through large sliding glass doors which lead out to the enormously spacious and south facing pool area. The swimming pool is oversized and features an attached spa with overflow. The swimming pool is solar heated as well as electric and is the main focus point of the backyard.Back inside the home offers a split floor plan with a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a connected bathroom. The bathroom has dual sinks, bath tub and a large shower. The other bedroom features one king size bed and has French doors leading to the pool area and shares a bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in shower from the hallway. Jeder Raum ist sehr elegant, freundlich und hell.Alle Fußboeden im Haus sind mit Fliesen belegt – keine Teppichfussboeden – daher auch perfekt fuer Allergiker geeignet. Das Masterschlafzimmer (King Size Bett) verfuegt ueber ein grosses Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, grosser Dusche und Badewanne. Das Gaestezimmer ist mit einem King Size Bett ausgestattet und teilen ein Bad mit 2 Waschbecken und grosser begehbarer Dusche mit dem Gang. Eine weisse Ledercouch und Flachbildfernseher mit Blu Ray DVD Spieler zieren das Wohnzimmer.Von dort aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den in Richtung Sueden ausgerichteten Swimmingpool mit angebautem und solarbeheiztem Whirlpool. Die Terrasse ist wirklich das Prachtstueck dieses Hauses. Sie ist wunderbar geraeumig, verfuegt ueber Pflanzen und ist komplett gefliest.
