Pristine 5 bedroom, 4th house from the beach; 24th Street beach

Condo is 4th house from the beach, so just a short walk to the ocean. Condo comfortably sleeps 10 people between 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. The 5th bedroom was intended to be used as a “kids’ hang-out room” but also can be used for sleeping.2nd floor offers a view of the beach and the rooftop deck offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the coastline all the way from Atlantic City to Sea Isle. There is an elevator which makes unloading and loading your things much easier. Once inside the condo, there are no interior stairs. This makes our condo very wheelchair-friendly.2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom has double bunks (double beds on the bottom/twin beds on top), 1 bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom with twin bed on top and the last bedroom has a queen size futon bed with an upgraded mattress. Pillows and blankets are provided for each bed, but you will need to bring your own sheets, bath and beach towels. 3 bedrooms have smart t.v.s as well as a large 75″ smart tv in the family room. New t.v.s purchased in 2021.Kitchen and baths all have granite counter tops and tiled floors. Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs and has stainless steel appliances. Kitchen dish towels are provided. There’s a Keurig and regular coffee pot for you use.Condo offers 2 laundry rooms; 1 on the garage level for washing sandy towels and bathing suits and the 2nd is on the main level of the home. 3 bathrooms are on the main level and the 4th is our cabana bathroom which is conveniently located on the 1st level as you come off the beach. It is a fully enclosed bathroom for extra privacy. Home offers an extra full size fridge and ping pong table on the garage level. Large decks off of the main level offer views of the ocean and extra space to lounge. The rooftop deck offers even more space to relax and enjoy the sunsets and ocean views. Beach chairs and beach toys are also in the garage for renters to use. 6 beach tags are also included in the rental. Also, there’s a new sectional couch/ottomans/rug in family room for 2021.We cut the cord for cable this season. There are smart t.v.s that can stream Netflix, YouTube Live TV, Disney Plus, Hulu, etc. Xfinity is our wifi provider.
