You can see and hear the ducks on the river.restaurants and shopping next street over.If you want to be in the heart of Wells Beach this is the vacation home for you3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a 2 car garage (possible parking for 3 cars – 2 in garage and one on the driveway). Please take note that compact and midsize cars fit well in the garage. (2 queen size beds, 1 California king bed, and 1 queen size sleep sofa). The home has all hardwood floors, tiled kitchen and baths. House has a washer and dryer.
