The unit is on the shady side of the building so air conditioning is rarely needed.There is also NO resort fee.The Nordic Inn Board of Directors has decided that effective immediately, if you cause the building alarm to activate for a non-emergency, such as ventilating your unit due to burnt cooking, the unit owner will be assessed a $500 fee. This fee will be passed onto the guest if they or their guests are responsible for the fire alarm going off.
