The main level open floor plan features kitchen with new appliances, dining and living areas with direct access to the south-facing (sunny) entertainment deck with grill. Take in the mountain views and enjoy privacy from the surrounding Aspen trees.With 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, we have room to both spread out or gather. Bedrooms consist of new mattresses and upgraded bedding. The two upper bedrooms have private view decks. Bedside wireless charging available for your personal devices.The family media room on the lower level features a large flat screen TV and fold-out Queen sleeper with Tempur-pedic mattress.Leave the cars behind and walk to basically everything! The home is also 59 steps from the ski bus in the winter and across from the Boreas Pass locomotive and new adjacent playground. Recently, we added a 240 electric car charger available for guests with electrical vehicles.As a privately managed home, your safety is most important. We wash all laundry off-site with 140+ degree water and disinfect between guests. We take pride in keeping our home PRISTINE!
