Description

This beautiful home offers four bedrooms including 2 kings, one queen, and two twin beds. On first level, there are two bedrooms (twins and double), one full bath and laundry facilities. The middle level offers a huge kitchen with island opening to dining area and family room with fireplace and HD 4K television. Attached covered deck is perfect for al fresco dining with view of the ocean! The third level has two separate suites (king beds in both), each with attached full bath. Master suite opens to a sun deck with views of the beach and ocean. There is a second flat screen TV in the Master.You can watch the sun rise over the ocean from the third floor Master bedroom and deck. The master bath features a jetted tub, steam shower, double vanity and walk-in closet. For the summer season, this home is offered for weekly rentals.The kitchen is well equipped with smooth top downdraft range/oven, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, etc. We also have four bikes and a Weber gas grill for our guests’ use. The house has several beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a couple of carts to take it all to the beach with ease. There is a second refrigerator with ice maker in the garage for beverages and extra food. It makes it easy when filling up the cooler for a day at the beach!
