The dining room can seat up to 8 or 10 using the two barstools at the kitchen island.Step from the downstairs living room to the front yard and a darling outdoor covered porch that will transport you back in time. Perfect for coffee in the AM, tea in the afternoon, or a sparkling drink at dusk. Here you will enjoy the front yards humming birds sip from the flowers on the hedge.Also downstairs is an office with views of the front garden and one of the most comfortable sleeper sofas available. The office is partially open to the kitchen and stairs, yet very private.Upstairs you will find the two remaining bedrooms, the second bath with tub/shower, a family room, a mini kitchen with a small fridge and sink, and the pièce de résistance, the ocean-view terrace which includes both outdoor living and outdoor dining, heater, umbrella, and of course views of the ocean.The two upstairs rooms include a smaller bedroom with ample-sized full-bed bunk beds and a twin trundle. The other upstairs bedroom is spacious and large enough for the pack-n-play crib or doing yoga or other floor exercises.
