Away from the crowds, yet so very close to great surf and great eats, you’re within easy walking or biking distance to all of Newport Beach! Unwind on the spacious outdoor patios, which boast ample seating, shade, and sun, and even a bbq grill for evening cookouts. Stepping through the red Dutch door, here’s what you’ll find:MAIN LEVELLIVING/DINING AREA:- Sofa- Cable TV- Fireplace (currently non-functioning)- Dining table w/ seating for 6-8KITCHEN:- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware- All major appliances; small appliances- Breakfast bar w/ seating for 2- Pantry area w/ entry door to and from side walkway- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)BEDROOM #1:- Two twin beds- En suite Bathroom #1 w/ step-in shower​​​​​​​ – Access door to garageUPPER LEVELBEDROOM #2:- Queen bed w/ pass-thru door to Bedroom #3BEDROOM #3:- Queen bed w/ access door to large rear deck w/ seatingPRIMARY BEDROOM (#4):- King bed- Cable TV- Fireplace (currently non-functioning)- Dual closetsEXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided.
