Your furry family member can join you, as this property allows one pet (non-refundable pet fee of $250 and prior approval required).Upon entering the home, you will step into the main living area, holding the living room, dining room and kitchen; all impeccably decorated.Living Room: In the living room, you can settle back in large sectional sofa, watch your favorites on the 60″ HD TV (with DISH programming/DVR) and enjoy the cozy gas fireplace. You’ll also have easy access to the many patio areas.Kitchen: The kitchen is large and fully equipped offering offers stainless steel appliances, lovely travertine tile flooring, large granite counter tops, and kitchen bar seating for two.Dining area: The dining area offers a table with seating for six, and a wine bar with a two-zone wine fridge for those favorite chilled beverages.Bedrooms/BathroomsMaster bedroom (upper level) — King size bed, flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, private balcony.
