Spacious summer compound is less than 100 yards from beautiful Bass River via semi-private (shared with a few families) lane. Secluded property has huge yard and separate barn with studio apartment. Games and toys for summer fun including 5 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, ping pong table, badminton, croquet.. Great spot for families (with kids). Also has two outdoor showers and hot tub.Given historic home in quiet neighborhood:- We will not rent to students or as a party venue.- Home is appropriate for families or adults over 30
