Enjoy a private apartment on 19 acres just outside of town. Peaceful setting allows you to enjoy the views of the mountains, while still being close enough to town to not miss any convinces.Apartment is very simply decorated and maintained to allow guests to have a peaceful vacation at an affordable price. While we do have a Smart TV, and DVD player no internet is available at this time.Located close enough to the Four Corners and mountains to enjoy the best Colorado vacation experience. Within 45 minutes you can be in the Colorado Mountains or in the New Mexico dessert. Nearby attractions include San Juan Mountains, Boggy Drawl Trail System, Mesa Verde, Four Corners National Monument, Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, and much much more.While pets are welcomed for an additional cleaning fee please be cautious and always keep your pet on a leash while outside. We do have children, chickens and sheep on the property. And while they are fenced it is still required that animals be on a leash to protect our livestock.Check in is after 4PM, and Check out is at 11AM. While we will consider early/ late check in arrangements on a case by case basis nothing is guaranteed. Please communicate with us if you desire a late check out time.
