All new towels and new percale cotton sheets for 2022. Beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, and cooler provided for use. Wifi provided, along with new smart TV w/Xfinity. Board games, yard games provided.The neighborhood is next to Scorton Creek nature preserve which includes the river (pictured), which is popular for kayaking and paddleboarding (rentals available), or just floating on tubes (provided) with the tide, and miles of nature walking trails.
