A brand new kitchen (all appliances and granite counters), two completely modernized bathrooms, a new master bedroom king size bed, a sleep sofa in the loft, 100% of the property completely re-painted and more……..it is going to be more beautiful than ever. The back yard still has the private deck and outdoor fireplace, along with a great outdoor shower and gas grill. One minute walk to a stunning private beach. A fully equipped kitchen ready for any meals you want to make inside!The living room has plenty of comfy seating around the gas fireplace and flat screen television.On this main level are two bedrooms with two twins in each – Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 both have dressers and ample closet space. Bathroom #1, a full bathroom with shower is located in the hallway between the bedrooms. Laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer are provided for you convenience.As you go upstairs, the loft area is great “chill out” space for reading or watching TV on the cozy couch (which opens to a full size couch bed) – catch up on email at the desk provided for remote working or learning – or just gaze out the windows and the perfect setting.Bedroom #3 has a King bed and ensuite Bathroom #2 full with not only a shower but also a sunken tub! Double closets and dressers for all your beach attire round out the room.
