In just a few short minutes, you can also be at the beach soaking up the warm Florida sun.Bedroom Layout:Master Bedroom: King Bed / 42″ TVGuest Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds / 32″ TVGuests can access the entire complex and enjoy private beach access.Access includes outdoor BBQ spaces by the Intercoastal Waterway, shuffleboard, cornhole, tennis courts, best community pool on the Key, steps from the beach with private beach access, fitness center and seawall with ability to dock your boat with access to the Intercoastal waterway and the Gulf.January through March, we will only accept a Saturday to Saturday stay, 7 nights required.For any other travel dates, please inquire about availability.For your convenience, there is an onsite coin-operated washer and dryer on each floor.Guest must be 25 and up to rent this condo. ID is checked upon check in to the resort
