Description
Relax and chill is the mood on Marco Island. The Tradewinds building has a wonderful community of full-time residents and guest renters all year long.Per Condo Association requirement there is a 30 day minimum stay (except Feb). A 10% discount can be applied to stays longer than 29 nights, please contact host. A $150 application fee will apply per adult or married couple with the Tradewinds association. This application will be sent once you have confirmed your reservation and needs to be sent in 30 days in advance.It’s a well managed building with a full-time management company onsite during the day. You’ll enjoy morning walks along the beach, afternoon brunch at Doreen’s Cup of Joe and easy access to The Gulf of Mexico for boating, fishing or other excursions/tours from Rose’s Marina, Tigertail Beach or Naples Downtown Beaches. Relax on the balcony to watch sunsets or evening walks on the beach to stargaze. The occasional rainy afternoons in the summer are great for watching the lightning storms from the balcony or streaming movies from the couch.Don’t worry about beach gear, we have you covered from a tent, wagon, cooler, umbrellas, chairs & towels. All stored in a private use storage room.This area of Florida is great for bird watching on the beach or in the Everglades just a few miles away. Kayaking, wave-running and boat rentals, bike rentals and other excursions/tours can easily be booked online before heading down or while you are here. There are fantastic restaurants on the island and we recommend getting reservations to a few before you arrive if visiting January-April. Other months are not as busy and you can walk in. Consider 25 minute drive to 5th Ave or 3rd Street Naples area for meals, drinks and entertainment. The condo is located about a mile up the beach from the Marriott which you can visit from the beach access or park at their lot for lunch, dinner, drinks or coffee at the Illy cafe. Lots of fun to be had!
