Private Beach Bungalow – steps to Ocean, Pet-friendly, family.This 2-bedroom single-family home located in Indian Shores is just steps to the intercostal and Gulf of Mexico. In the midst of condos and apartment buildings, come home to this charming bungalow, conveniently located on the ground floor. Queen Bed in one bedroom, Full-Size bed in the second bedroom. All beds have just been purchased and are new. Jacuzzi bathtub.The kitchen countertop has been replaced and is new. It has a new kitchen sink and is fully equipped with all appliances and cooking utensils, including a new oven, a new dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Eat in the kitchen. New linens and towels have been bought and are provided. The screened-in porch has been expanded to provide more enjoyment. New Washer/Dryer on-premise. The porch is a great place to work, study, relax, or have supper together as a family. There are two parking spots if you park perpendicular to each other, with one car parallel to the house and the other perpendicular and beside the shed.Children are welcome – and there are games and beach toys provided as we have children. 2 Bicycles are available. One small dog under 35 pounds is welcome. No other pets are allowed. Only small dogs are allowed on the property.
