Off the kitchen is a dining table for 4 which can be extended with the table extender and 4 additional folding chairs. The dining room is open to the living room. The living room is decorated with the perfect balance of bold & bright yet soft calming colors. The quality furnishings are very comfortable to relax on for hours at a time if you like….especially the incredible remote controlled massage chair…..no fighting over it! From the living room step into the sun parlor….walls of windows allows you to let the sun shine in as much or as little as you like. Enjoy a glass of your favorite vino while rocking on the swinging bench seat. Wood & tile flooring throughout the villa. A full size washer & dryer are inside the garage along with lots of beach accessories. One parking space directly outside the unit, too.
