The shower/tub combo is equipped with a starter supply of toiletries. This includes shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of towels for your convenience. The second full bathroom has a shower and vanity, and is adjacent to the second bedroom.⚪️Balcony: The outdoor balcony offers a cozy space to catch the breathtaking view of the sunset and the weekly (Thursdays) firework display in the summer. Beach vacations don’t get any easier than this!Jetty East is a gated building with 24 hour security and onsite parking for 2 cars for this condo.Beach/Pool: Beach chairs are available for daily rent on the beach March-Oct. There will be signs from the beach service company with the rates. I provide 2 chairs and an umbrella IN the condo for my guests to take to the beach. Pool is open 8am-10pm. The pool is heated year round as is the hot tub. Hosts are not responsibe if the pool is unavailable for any reason. Lounge chairs around the pool are for any guests of the building⚠️Please note: we reserve the right to allow maintenance into the condo for any serious (water, electrical, safety) issues, or mandatory building services (pest control).We do not refund for rain or inclement weather unless there is a mandatory evacuation.
