Newly remodeled two bedroom home located on beautiful private beach.Brand new everything!Exquisite charm.Breath taking views of Long Island Sound.Hardwood floors throughout, brand new appliances, one queen bed and one full bed.Fully furnished including all kitchen necessities.Private deck, gas grill, WiFi included.One bath, off street parking, washer/dryer, central A/C.Enjoy a quiet day relaxing on your private beach. This is one full floor within a two family home. The interior space includes a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, two bedrooms. The exterior includes a private deck with outdoor dining area and lounge chairs plus your own private beach!I like to tell guests in advance that this is an extremely quiet beach. The booking cost is for four people to stay in the house. There is a strict maximum of no more than 8 persons at the house at any given time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. There is also a two car maximum. For the security of our guests and the property front and rear entrances are monitored by video.
