The private beach is just down the stairs . It is large beautiful, clean, safe and quiet for only 3 cottages and the main house. 100’s of feet of beach just for you. You can walk along the beach in either directions for miles, and at low tide you can walk straight out on the ocean floor and pick up shells. Low tide is the perfect place for young children.Brewster is a beautiful safe town with great restaurants, golf courses, and even a quaint general store.The cottage:The cottage has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed with A/C. There is also a smaller bedroom with a Queen bed. Each bedroom has it’s own heat and A/C controls. The large living room looks over cape cod bay. There is a full kitchen with granite counters, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, Keurig, Mr. Coffee, french door full sized refrigerator. The dining area has with water views. . There is a small bathroom with shower and an also outdoor shower with hot water.There is a dining table and chairs outside and lounge chairs for watching the tide roll in.
