Central A/C,Neverless is situated on it’s own two acre section of the property allowing ample privacy with it’s own entrance and parking. It is ideally located off bike path to ‘Sconset and Town. Sparsely populated beaches can be found at the end of Tom Nevers Road (less than a mile) for beach picnics and evening cocktails. Walking/jogging and biking accessible in neighborhood and surrounding conservation land.
