Private Entrance Condo – Large patio with direct pool access!Paradise on Siesta Key is our way of describing this wonderful ground-floor unit with a private patio. The beautiful views and easy access to the pools, the 3 Har-Tru tennis courts, the marina, 4 gas grills, and your assigned parking space make this unit one of the most desired in the complex. You will enjoy the direct entrance and exit to the unit without ever taking an elevator or walking out through the public lobby. A complete remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms was completed in 2019 along with several other updates. After the amazing exterior renovations were completed to the entire Harbor Towers complex in 2024, we had beautiful black-out cellular shades installed on all the bedroom windows and vertical cellular shades installed on the patio doors. In addition, we have been busy updating the look of our furniture by painting a few pieces and replacing some with brand-new pieces including the patio set, end tables, coffee table, entertainment center, and dining table. Updated photos will be available later this year.This ground-floor patio unit offers free enhanced Xfinity high-speed WiFi internet speeds, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV w/Xfinity service, a large walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. The toilet and tiled walk-in shower are separate from the vanity sink area. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, a TV w/Xfinity service, a large closet, and an attached bathroom. The tiled shower over the tub and toilet are separate from the vanity sink area.Our living room features a big-screen TV w/Xfinity service, a DVD player, and a stereo with speakers. Baskets below the DVD player contain numerous movies for your enjoyment. The comfy larger sofa converts to a queen sofa sleeper. There is also a cozy smaller couch and a new counter-height game table with 4 chairs. We provide plenty of games, cards, dice, and some puzzles that are located in the closet of the guest bedroom.Our beautiful kitchen has white cabinets and quartz countertops with all stainless steel appliances including an electric stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Our kitchen is completely stocked with many small appliances, utensils, and much, much more. We provide a traditional drip coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, a toaster oven, and even a George Forman grill. You will also find plenty of pots, pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, baking sheets, etc. The dining area just outside the kitchen has a table with 4 chairs and a bench and will seat 6 guests.Our beach closet located in the hallway of the primary bedroom has a beach cart, beach toys, beach umbrellas, folding chairs, and even a baby beach tent. Beach towels are provided, as well, and are located in the linen closet in the primary bathroom. Several coolers are located in the primary walk-in closet.Additional items provided by the owners include hair dryers, an iron, an ironing board, a high chair, fishing poles, linens, towels, blankets, pillows, and quilts.Laundry facilities are located just steps away from the front door.Harbor Towers is a secure and safe building with gate codes and key fobs for entry. Enjoy all that Siesta Key has to offer. Restaurants, bars, and shops are either walkable or take the Siesta Trolley. The #1 rated beach is just a short walk down the road or drive your car as there are plenty of parking spaces.
