This property is perfect for family & friends who want to vacation together and enjoy their private space.This 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom offers plenty of space for a family of 4 or 2 couples.Short walk to the beach, 1 block to beautiful sunsets. Minutes to boardwalk, water parks, historical Cape May, zoo, NAS Aviation Museum, Cold Spring, wineries, light houses, and restaurants.Or just relax with your favorite beverage on the porch with views of the garden & sunset.Please bring linens, towels, toilet paper, napkins & kitchen trash bags. (2 queen sheets)We provide cleaning products & laundry soap.We have 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and toys. We also have corn hole, giant pong cup game & outdoor chess.Please feel free to unload/load in the driveway. After you finish, please park cars on the street. For your safety, please do not park across the street from the Hardware Store (our neighbor to the left) It’s a high hit area with traffic pulling in & out of the parking lot.Minimum age to rent is 25. No senior week or events
