Gulf Breeze is a cozy Key West style coastal cottage ideally located 150 steps to the beautiful beach. The property is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a very comfortable king bed that is ideal for island getaways. One of just a few one bedroom villas with completely private heated pool on the Island. Pool is heated to 83 degrees weather permitting. Come home from the beach and unwind by the pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Enjoy dining alfresco on the private patio. Relax with a lovely glass of wine, read a book or simply enjoy listening to the waves on the patio swing. The free Island trolley stop is directly across the street that will take you from one end of the island to the other. The ever popular Monkey Bus provides free “trips for tips” and offer door to door service. Our villa is located in the middle and most desirable, residential area of Anna Maria Island. Close to restaurants and shopping.
