Enjoy your Port Aransas getaway in the Blue Bungalow, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as your own private plunge pool. This modern beach house is the perfect getaway for your family and an easy walk to the beach, or into town. Our bungalow is cozy and is the ideal size for a family or group of 6. Pack light- There are no closets in the bungalow!Features:Master bedroom- King Bed with attached private bathroom with showerGuest Room- King BedTwin Bedroom- 2 twin bedsShared full 2nd bathroom with shower over the bathtubKitchen with all new appliances and fully stocked with all you need to prepare your favorite mealsPrivate enclosed deck with pool and gas grill.The outdoor shower and bathroom are just steps from the poolGetting to the beach is an easy 7-minute walk. The nearest beach access is on Sandcastle directly across from our driveway.*Our bungalow is a cozy 850 square feet. To keep things comfortable, we limit our guests to a maximum of 6 people. Pack light for the beach and enjoy the simple life! There are no closets in our bungalow, but we do provide hooks to hang your essentials.*Parking is tight! There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) between the pillars under our house. We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.*Our pool heater is electric and is unable to heat the pool to more than 20 degrees above the current outside temperature. If the outside temperature is under 50 degrees, then our pool heater will not work. It is intended to take the edge off the cooler water, but will not feel the same as a hot tub.*ABSOLUTELY NOT PETS ALLOWED*MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO BOOK AND PERSON ON RESERVATION MUST BE PRESENT DURING THE ENTIRE STAY
