Kim’s Palm Cottage is ideal for families, it offers a highchair, baby travel crib and board games for a rainy day spent indoors.Living room, master and queen bedrooms are equipped with TV’s. This property has a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances for making your kitchen time a breeze. Coffee lovers can choose from the auto drip or Keurig coffee machine.The private heated pool invites for a swim, loungers for sun bathing and the barbecue grill is perfect for outdoor dining and socializing. Linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, free Wifi and much more is all provided for a sorrow free vacation. In the quiet Village Green neighborhood you are close to everything: to the beaches of Anna Maria Island, great golf courses, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc .Dogs are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes.* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
