Beautiful open home that has a large living area that is open to an amazing kitchen with a stunning view of the water. Sunsets are breathtaking from the huge back patio. Sunrise from the front deck is the best way to start the day.The home has a charcoal grill for the guests use during their stay. There is also an outdoor shower perfect for washing a day at the beach off your skin. Patio furniture on the deck and down by the grill make for additional gathering areas.Each bedroom has its own full-size bathroom, and each bedroom has very comfortable beds. The home is beautifully appointed, elegant decorations yet every turn makes you feel truly at home.The Pointe West Community is secluded and is the perfect quiet beach getaway.A short 30-minute drive puts you in the center of historic Galveston. You can tour mansions, walk The Strand, see the cruise ships arrive and depart, go to The Pier amusement park and so much more!WRISTBAND POLICYThe Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.PLEASE NOTE: RESTAURANT IS CLOSED ON MONDAY’S DURING THE SPRING/SUMMER TO RESTOCK AND CLEANAFTER LABOR DAY UNTIL OCTOBER 30, RESTAURANT IS CLOSED ON MONDAY AND TUESDAYTHE RESTAURANT AND GIFT SHOP ARE CLOSED FROM NOVEMBER 1-MARCH 1 EVERY YEARFITNESS CENTER, GAME ROOM AND POOLS ARE OPEN YEAR ROUNDTHE SUNSET POOL ON THE BAYSIDE OF POINTE WEST IS HEATED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT YEAR-ROUND. THE BEACH CLUB POOL IS NOT HEATED AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP AN INFINITY POOL WARM. BOTH POOLS HAVE LARGE HOT TUBS FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.
