This home sits at a comfortable elevation of 700 feet. Spend hours on the exclusive pool deck enjoying an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean, sunsets and the nighttime lights of Kailua-Kona. During the winter months, sit back and watch for the humpback whales. Enjoy the private pool area for swimming, sun and dining, complete with a BBQ area and patio seating. Our home has hosted a wide variety of guests from families to Honeymooners, and guests just wanting to not only be on vacation but “feel” on vacation.
