It’s a great base from which to explore all the restaurants, cultural, and outdoor activities offered in the beautiful Pioneer Valley. 1.5 miles from the center of Easthampton and 12 minutes from Northampton/Smith College. You will have plenty of room to spread out in the full kitchen, living room, two main-floor bedrooms, upstairs office, dining room, and large yard. The spaceNOTE: We are a safe and inclusive space for everyone – Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC), as well as all genders, are welcome to stay with us. We ask all guests to respect this policy regardless of personal opinions or affiliations.Beautifully renovated top to bottom. Wide plank floors, high ceilings, and side porches give this home its old world charm. Contemporary kitchen, tiled bathrooms, and high speed internet provide the modern conveniences of today. The full kitchen and spacious living room are open concept which provides the communal feeling of a comfortable New England retreat. The living room is particularly cozy with a propane fired stove for nights in.Both first floor bedrooms have a queen size bed and are a few steps away from the large tiled bathroom with a walk in shower and washer/dryer. There is also a formal dining room, an office upstairs with high speed internet, and an enclosed porch. Each room has an airy feeling adorned with large windows and the first floor footprint is big enough to spread out, with plenty of privacy.A sun-filled (unheated) enclosed porch warms up even in winter.
