Welcome to our Tahoe Donner retreat! This pet-friendly 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom cabin is well-equipped and perfectly located for skiing, cross-country, hiking, boating, and more Tahoe adventures. Enjoy the hot tub surrounded by pines, a competitive game of pool, and the two fireplaces. With easy access and great Truckee location, it’s ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and their furry friends. We’d love to host your group!Located in Tahoe Donner’s resort neighborhood with guest access to pools, saunas, hot tub, gym, and other amenities. Including the unofficial bedroom (no closet) we have 4 bedrooms and 7 beds between 3 levels, with 3 full bathrooms, making the home ideal for a larger family, 2-4 family groups, and retreats. Each sleeping arrangement includes professionally washed textiles, with pressed sheets. Towels staged nicely on beds. Street parking isn’t allowed, per the local ordenance.* The hot tub hours ordenance are 8am-10pm, and it’s not allowed to be used after 10pm.We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home – please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.Guests agree to comply with Truckee and Tahoe Donner Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately). Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.* Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away.
