Secluded, private 1+ acre lot on a cove of Androscoggin Lake in the village of Wayne. Walk down the street for Tubby’s homemade ice cream, Wayne General Store’s delicious meals (a gem!) and/or the Yacht club beach, be our guest!. Like games? We have the lawn space and equipment for corn hole, volleyball, badminton and spike ball. Tarred area for basketball and pickleball. Two kayaks and one paddle board are available to use from the private dock. Swimming is available however we prefer to paddle out on the lake or use the yacht club beach area. The house’s main floor is an open concept with cathedral ceilings in the living room and kitchen. A screened in porch, half bath with laundry room and the master bedroom with master bath are also on the first floor. 3 bedrooms are located in the semi- walk-out basement which share one full bathroom and den.
