Gather the essentials at the Sandbridge Market and find other restaurants, ice cream, and beach shops a ~5 minute drive to the north end of town. Chain Grocery Stores, Target, Wal-Mart, Home Goods, and Home Depot, plus many restaurants, a movie theater and additional shopping are a 15 minute ride down Sandbridge Road. The Little Island Park and Fishing Pier is about a 5 minute walk—playground, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, and covered pavilions. The entrance to Back Bay Wildlife refuge is a just mile walk, run, bike or drive down the road. Enjoy biking, fishing, boating, walking, running, beaching, swimming, surfing, exploring protected wetlands, amazing sunrises and sunsets, soaking up the sun and listening to the sounds of the ocean, watching the sunsets over the bay…a perfect, relaxing time with family and friends.Our home is fully renovated from top to bottom, while retaining the coastal charm of a traditional elevated beach bungalow. Bedroom layout: One King; One King; One Queen with a twin/twin bunk; and the fourth bedroom with 2 twin/full bunks.Private Inground Saltwater Pool and a fully-fenced rear yard with room for your dog to run (just make sure to clean up after them :)! A pool safety fence separates the main yard from the pool and adds an extra layer of safety for children and pets.
