Five bedroom newer construction house in the heart of the Adirondacks. Sleeps 10. Enjoy all that the Adirondacks have to offer in your private lakefront home with expansive private beach. Plenty of room for the entire family spread out over three floors. Modern kitchen with seating for 8 in main dining room, 3 at kitchen island, and 6-8 in screened porch. Napoleon Gas Grill for all your BBQ needs. Game room with pool, shuffleboard, old school arcade and tons of games, puzzles and video gaming system. Ping pong and foosball table available in garage. Fire pit right at waters edge and private sandy beach with canoe, 5 kayaks – 3 adult, 2 youth, and 4 paddle boards for your use. **Use at own risk- life jackets provided. Fish, swim or relax on our floating swim raft. Corn hole, can jam, badminton and a variety of lawn games provided. House has wi-fi and cable and a full back-up generator.NO PETS / NO SMOKINGThe Town of Schroon Lake is a few miles away with several restaurants, live music, weekly farmers market, craft fairs, coffee shop, bakery, biking, access to amazing hiking, and a 9 hole golf course right in town. The town offers an amazing public beach with life guards on duty and newly refurbished tennis courts. The local marina offers daily – weekly rentals. We are only 25 minutes to Lake George where you can shop, boat, parasail or take a cruise.
