This private home is absolutely ideal for family gatherings “down the Cape” with over sized rooms, this home allows for enjoying your families company without being on top of each-other. There are many places to gather for great meals, long conversations and major game nights. The high ceilings and hardwood flooring give you a sense of space, and with its large windows the backyard and pond become part of the scenery in every room. The solarium windows in the great room, bring the outside in, and allows you to watch the wildlife and the ducks and swans on Mill Pond. The Fireplace in the family room, creates a cozy feel when needed, and the back porch is a tranquil retreat during the summer months . This property is less than one mile form the Cape Cod Winery, its less than 3 miles to Menauhant Beach. Parking for the Marthas Vineyard ferry is less than 10 minutes away. In fact The Island Queen ( the smaller of the transportation’s to MV island) is just a 10 minute drive . Other smaller and major beaches are with in 5-10 minutes.
