Our extremely energy efficient home is located in a very private country area with beautiful views of the Androscoggin River and the White Mountains. It’s a very peaceful setting. The large deck on the back of the house looks over the river. The location is only a few miles to the picturesque town of Bethel, ME which has restaurants, gift shops, a Post Office, a pub, a grocery store, a movie theater, a mineral museum and hardware store.The house has a master suite that includes a king sized bed, two closets, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin – that pulls out to a king, a small desk, a closet, and a TV.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need to cook. The guest bathroom includes a shower, a vanity, a toilet, and a washer and dryer.The open concept living area has one sofa, two chairs, a TV, a kitchen island with three stools, a dining area, and a desk area.The total size of the house is 1400 sq. ft.Within an hour of the house are some of the finest hiking trails, skiing, and other outdoor recreational activities in all of New England.The house is perfect for a peaceful, romantic getaway!Three night minimum stay.
