The living room has plush seating options placed around a gorgeous stone fireplace and flat screen TV. After a day at the beach, this is the perfect spot to light a fire and get cozy on the sofa for a movie. WIFI is also provided for your convenience. Guests are sure to enjoy the central air conditioning to fight off those humid California days. A half bathroom is found right around the corner for all guests to access.The kitchen is fully equipped with white appliances which include a double oven. Anyone will enjoy cooking tasty treats and mouthwatering meals in here. A breakfast nook is tucked away in the corner for dining space. When your meals are hot and ready to be served, call everyone over to the formal dining table with seating for ten. Dine, drink, and unwind over a home cooked meal.Four bedrooms are arranged off of the main living space. The master bedroom has a luxurious King-size bed, TV, has doors to the back patio, and has an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom is spa-worthy with a soaker bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an attached guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The last guest bedroom also has a Queen-size bed and adjacent is a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.You will spend hours relaxing in the extensive backyard. From an outdoor fireplace, hot tub, and dining set, you will never get tired of looking at the mesmerizing view of the city below. If any of your guests have appeared to have gone missing, they are likely soaking in the private hot tub. After every 15th day, housekeeping will stop by to clean the home to ensure the property stays in great condition. The property is connected to an avocado/ citrus orchard and the owner will likely need to work on and around the property during stays.
