You can access the apartment from inside the house as well. That’s right, you get 2 fully stocked units and kitchens that can be used together or separately.The outdoor areas feature a roomy deck with casual lounge seating, a pellet grill, a patio with dining, an amazing tree canopy, nature views and even cornhole. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to shopping, entertainment, dining, tourist attractions and transportation. Smart TVs are provided in every bedroom and living rooms.GUEST ACCESSGuests will have access to the entire house and apartment. Short drive to Buckhead, Lenox Mall, Perimeter Mall, Brookhaven, major attractions, and highway access. No commercial vehicles, buses, large passenger vans, moving trucks, or trailers allowed!NO PARTIES, EVENTS or LOUD NOISE – Noise detection devices are required on site by the city and it is unlawful for any person to make, cause or continue to make any loud or excessive noise which unreasonably interferes with the comfort, response, health, and safety of others. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund!NO SMOKING, VAPING or HOOKAHS – This is a smoke free house inside and out! Guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable odor or evidence of smoking or vaping inside or outside the property.NO PETS – Many guests have extreme allergies to pet hair and dander. We have made this home pet free in order to accommodate them. At any given time guests may see a family of deer running through the area. We kindly ask that you DO NOT feed the wildlife. All décor in the home has been inventoried by room so please be sure that ALL items in the home remain.
