Beautiful new kitchen with large center Island with beautiful granite counter tops ,stainless steel appliances, and a flat-top stove. Off the kitchen/dining area is a large open family room with a large flat screen TV and a view of the pool from every window, and plenty of seating for the whole family. Outside you will love the spacious backyard, screened porch, and open deck ready for grilling. The back yard also features a large private pool, and lounge chairs to soak up the sun when you’re not at the beach. You can also spend your evenings out by the fire pit for s’mores! The outdoor features of this home are made for making memories, so you’re sure to have a great time here with the whole family!Master bedroom has a private bath with double sinks, whirlpool tub, and separate shower. This home has all of the necessary ingredients for the perfect memorable getaway.Note: No smoking, no pets, fireplace is not for guest use, pool is not heated. Gas Grill provided (propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during working hours). WIFI, linens included.
