Private One Bedroom Suite w/ Living Space & LaundryPLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION – This is a new clean & contemporary in-law suite in the basement of our detached house, with a private entrance for your exclusive use.Our neighborhood, Woodridge, is located in Northeast Washington, DC. The neighborhood sits near Brookland, Union Market, and Langdon park in NE D.C. We have a popular brewpub (Public Option) down the street and the amazing Zeke’s coffee shop is just a few blocks away. Many restaurants are a short hop away at Union Market and in Brookland around 12th St NE as well as the Catholic University area. There is a locally own organic store, Aurora Market II, walking distance as well but please check hours before going.The Bedroom has a queen-size bed and 42 inch TV. The living area has a flat 50 inch with Netflix and YouTubeTV with tons of channels for you to watch. There is a coffee maker, full size fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, sink, blender and toaster.Also, we have a high speed Wifi connection, you will have access to Netflix and YouTube TV to stream shows and movies.This is a unique, newly renovated in-law suite with its own bathroom and a separate bedroom The bedroom features a queen mattress, and you can also request our premium air queen mattress for extra guests. (Let us know)The space is great for two adults and can also work for up to three. It’s also great for couples with children. Please note the bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the couch isn’t a sleeping sofa. You will need to let us know if you need our Premium queen size air mattress.Our basement suite has three windows, and the main door is a glass door, so it gets plenty of light.What we provide: two Dyson cooling & heating fans with a thermostat to supplement the central AC and heating if you like it toasty in the winter, clothes racks, towels, and hairdryer.The unit has a full kitchen for your own cooking and snacking needs, along with some basic kitchen supplies, including glasses, dishes, mugs, bowls and utensils, pots and pans.Please note that since this suite is in our basement you may hear some standard house noises like water running through the pipes or the furnace kicking on or the occasional footsteps.The basement has a laundry room with a washer and dryer – feel free to use them, of course!
