It has an open floor plan with a living-dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and counter-tops. This home has gorgeous tile floors throughout and beautiful finishing touches. The interior is fully furnished with all items personally chosen including quality mattresses, bed linens and towels. LED flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom. Spacious game room with pool table. A great space to entertain! Laundry Room with full Washer/Dryer. The home is highlighted by a custom pool area with a south facing extra-large pool and spa. Pool has all advanced features including a UV light that could be managed by remote control. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and panoramic views from the large deck. Lounge on outdoor furniture while listening to the nature. There is also an outdoor BBQ for entertaining in style. It is just a few minutes from Disney attractions and close to the shops and restaurants in the area. It is also convenient for golf nearby.Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 74 degrees.The minimum age required is 18.Our office hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.BBQ grill and Pool heat has an additional fees.
