Incredible 5 Bedroom, 4.5 bath home with new elevated Salt Water Pool, upscale furnishings and coastal décor. Executive Kitchen with Sub Zero, Wolf and Bosch appliances fully equipped for the cooks on vacation. The dining Room seats 8 with room for 2 additional seats at the adjacent bar. Warm wood floors flow throughout the home.Panoramic view of the 5th fairway of the renowned Wild Dunes Links Course. Enjoy the view on the screened in porch or pool deck. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood of the Wild Dunes resort creating even an even more private feel. The beach access is about a 10-15 minute walk. A Golf Cart is also available for an additional fee of $300 per week, please contact us for more information.The first floor features a large master suite with a king size bed and two other bedrooms. All with en suite bathrooms. The second floor features a bedroom with two twin beds and a queen room with an en suite bathroom. Each bathroom has been renovated with custom tile.BR 1: King, BR 2: Queen, BR 3: Full, BR 4: 2 Twin, BR 5: QueenAll new reservations will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Gear! *3-21 nights only.Please note: Elevator provides service from the garage to the 1st floor. Parking for 5 cars. Fireplace not for guest use. Pool size (20 ft by 30ft) can be heated or cooled for a fee. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons but it all depends on outside temperatures. NO Smoking. Rents Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
